Blasts are great for sharing pics or videos from an event, for catching up with friends, and for letting people see what you're up to. Make party blasts, concert blasts, clubbing blasts, holiday blasts, trip to the dentist blasts (my favorite!). Make'em for any reason, or no reason at all.
How do I make a blast?
As soon as you register for blastmob, your first blast will be waiting for you. All you have to do is fill in some info and you'll be good to go.

You can make as many blasts as you want by going to "create a blast" or from by texting .n to 43332 on your phone. Every blast you make will have its own unique keyword so you can get to it from anywhere, show it off, pass it out, and use it as a mobile ID.

Next, text your mother and tell her how hip and connected you are!

How does the group thing work?
Every blast has its own unique keyword and url. You can give your blast keyword out to anyone you want, and they'll be able to post pics, messages, sounds, and videos to your blast. Your friends don't even have to be registered to use it - they just need a mobile phone.

To follow along with your blast, all your friends need to do is to text the keyword to 43332. When they text, they'll get a message with instructions on how to post messages, pictures, sound and videos along with the URL so they can see everyone's messages.

blastmob is totally free for anyone to use you'll just be charged the same standard rate you always pay for text messages through your mobile provider. And we won't spam you or your friends, promise!

Can I try it out first?
Sure - just send try.me to 43332 and see what happens (Note: if you're on T-Mobile or outside the US, you will need to send the sms to XXX-XXX-XXXX instead).

Check out The Mobour community page on blastmob.com. You'll be able to see lots of blasts by lots of different people. You can search for blasts to read, follow your favorites, and get alerts sent to your email or phone whenever they're updated.
What can I do with blastmob on my phone?
  • Once you've got the basic hand of it, you can also try these SMS commands from your phone:
    • .n makes a new blast
    • .i sends you a text invite you can forward to your friends
    • .f sets you to follow a blast
    • .uf sets you a unfollow a blast
    • .l lists all the blasts you've made
    • .l plus a username (like .l tease) lists all the blasts that user has made
